Mac cartoon for the Daily Mail 4th November 2004. Caption: Great news, sir, The gun strike has been called off. The cartoon was in response to the suspension of two policemen who shot dead a man they thought was armed, but was in fact carrying a table leg. Other firearms officers had gone on unofficial strike over the suspensions.
